Crafting Coffee With Stronghold

Roasting is the moment when green coffee transforms into flavor, and the choice of roaster shapes every cup.

We roast on a Stronghold, one of the world’s most innovative electric roasters, because it gives us precision, sustainability, and consistency.

Traditional drum roasters rely heavily on conduction, where beans are heated by direct contact with hot metal. While this can create bold caramelization and body, it often risks uneven roasting and muted flavors. The Stronghold shifts the balance toward convection, using controlled hot air to circulate evenly around every bean. This slower, gentler transfer of heat develops sweetness and complexity without scorching. By combining convection with conduction and radiant heat, the roaster achieves clarity and depth while maintaining balance.

For us, Stronghold represents more than technology—it represents trust.

Sensors, automation, and repeatable profiles mean that every batch expresses the farmer’s work exactly as it should. From the rich chocolate tones of Chikmagalur to the fruit-forward complexity of Ratnagiri, the Stronghold allows us to honor origin while exploring new possibilities.

Every cup we serve carries this philosophy: craft guided by science, flavor unlocked by precision, and coffee roasted the way it was meant to be.
