• The process of making, casting, finishing, glazing is done by hand and due to its handcrafted nature our ceramic objects are one-of-a-kind pieces that may include imperfect details or beautiful mistakes.
• To avoid glaze scratches, kindly stored in plate racks or with linen/felt between each item.
• All Forms are simple and organic, with rounded edges

• Please choose your pieces carefully as we do not offer refunds on purchases for change of mind, however, we offer a 1-day exchange period from the date of delivery. 
• We will email you a credit voucher, valid for 3 months that can be redeemed against your next order.
• If your item/s arrive broken or faulty please email a photo of the damaged goods to help@pureliving.life within 24 hrs of receiving the order.
